The IGN community is a large one, and there are quite a few talented creators amongst the community. Now, go to the search box in the top right and type in the name of the character you are looking for, or switch the collapsable tab to 'hashtag' or the 'Origin ID' of the creator. That way, you will be searching all the options, and not just the ones made by Maxis.

With The Sims 4, you have several more options when it comes to homes that your characters can live in and the jobs that are available for them. Make sure that before you type in the search box, look to the far top left of the screen and click ALL. In The Sims 4, you create the world where your characters live, designing their homes and finding their jobs. Once The Sims 4 loads, click on the Community tab at the top of the screen, in the middle. For the PC and Mac versions, their community is cross-platform, but you can only download assets made with any expansion, game, or stuff packs you currently have installed. The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of The Sims 4 do not come with the community areas.
